What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all hardy plants. If your plant arrives damaged or fails to thrive within the first month, please send a photo to our support team and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do you offer local delivery for large garden furniture?
Yes, we provide specialized two-person delivery for bulky items like garden furniture and large stone ornaments. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our main distribution centre.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
