At Rosebank Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition. For live plants, please ensure they have been watered and maintained according to the care instructions provided.
Gather Documentation
Locate your original sales receipt or online order confirmation email. Proof of purchase is required for all returns to be processed at our customer service desk.
Choose Return Method
Small items and homeware can be returned via tracked courier to our main warehouse, or you may bring any item directly to the Rosebank Garden Centre information desk for immediate processing.
Receive Refund
Once our team has inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.
